When do I get the tracking code?
The tracking code is sent by e-mail as soon as the parcel is processed.
How do I know if the size will suit me?
We always recommend asking for the size you wear in ‘normal’ clothes. Our shirts are neither bigger nor smaller.
How do mystery boxes work?
Mystery boxes can include any current or retro jersey, depending on what you select in the configuration options. Only 1 shirt per mystery box! If you don't want to receive a particular club or league, send us a message using the support icon in the bottom right-hand corner.
How do I wash my shirts?
We always recommend washing shirts cold, inside out and by hand to make them last longer.
